About
A small operations company that happens to be AI-native.
Clyforge was founded in Germany in 2026 by Charmaine Simpson with a narrow goal: take the manual work out of revenue teams and replace it with systems that run on their own, and that the client owns.
Why we exist
Revenue teams deserve infrastructure, not checklists.
Spend a week inside most revenue organisations and you will see the same thing. The tools are modern: Salesforce or HubSpot, Clay, a warehouse, a dozen integrations. The operating model is not. Reps research accounts by hand. Someone in ops spends Friday afternoon fixing CRM fields. Managers rebuild the pipeline view in a spreadsheet before every forecast call.
We think that layer should already exist, so we build it. Agents that research accounts, score and route leads, keep CRM data accurate, inspect pipeline and handle inbound, each one wrapped in enough guardrails and monitoring that you can trust it with real data.
The way we work is deliberately simple. Every engagement is a project. It starts with a free assessment, moves into a designed system, and ends with something running in production that belongs to you. No retainers, no platform lock-in.
Where we are
Early, small, and honest about it.
Clyforge is an early-stage startup, founded and led by Charmaine Simpson. We are self-funded and based in Germany, and we work remotely with teams elsewhere in Europe and in North America. We have chosen to stay small on purpose while we prove the model, project by project, before we grow the team.
What we bring is a background in revenue operations, sales engineering and building software that has to run unattended. What we do not bring, yet, is a long list of logos. We would rather tell you that than imply otherwise, and we think the free assessment is a fair way to earn the first conversation.
If you want to know who you would be working with before you get in touch, write to us and Charmaine will introduce herself properly.
Principles
How we work
- 01
Systems over process
A process is a promise that people will remember to do something. A system does it whether or not anyone remembers. We only ship the second kind.
- 02
Production or nothing
A prototype that never leaves a notebook has not solved anything. Every engagement ends with something live in your stack, or we have not finished.
- 03
Guardrails by default
Anything that touches revenue data gets limits, approval gates, evals and monitoring. That is part of the build, not a line item we upsell later.
- 04
You own it
There is no Clyforge platform to subscribe to. The code, prompts, evals and documentation are yours on handover, running in your own accounts.

Next step
Start with a free assessment.
Tell us about your stack and where the manual work piles up. We will come back with a written view of what to automate first, and what is honestly better left alone.
