Process
Assessment. Design. Production.
Every engagement is a project, and every project follows the same three stages. It starts free, it ends in your production environment, and it leaves nothing behind that depends on us.
- 01
Free assessment
We sit down with your team, map the current revenue process, stack and data, and write up where agents would remove the most manual work. We also say where they would not help, which matters just as much.
No cost · No commitment
- 02
Designed system
A scoped architecture you can read: which agents, what guardrails, which integrations, how it is monitored and which human checkpoints stay in place. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we build.

Running in production
We build it, test it against your real historical data, and ship it into your own accounts. Documentation and a proper handover are part of the job. You own every line of it.

FAQ
Common questions
What does the free assessment actually involve?
Usually two or three working sessions with whoever owns revenue and ops on your side, read-only access to your CRM and automation tooling once we have met, and a written report at the end. If the report says a system is not worth building yet, we will say so. There is no obligation to continue.
How is pricing structured?
A fixed price per project, agreed at the end of the design stage when we both know exactly what is being built. No retainers, no per-seat fees. If you want ongoing support afterwards we scope that separately, and plenty of teams will not need it.
Who owns the system?
You do, completely. Everything runs inside your own Salesforce, HubSpot, n8n, Clay and warehouse accounts under your credentials. On handover you get the code, the prompts, the evals and the documentation. If we disappeared tomorrow the system would keep running.
What happens when an agent gets something wrong?
It will, occasionally, which is why we design for it. Every agent has limits on what it can write, approval gates wherever a mistake would be expensive, and monitoring that tells your team when behaviour drifts. A human can pause or override it at any point, and most changes can be rolled back with a click.
Do you work with teams outside Germany?
Yes. We are based in Germany and set up to work remotely with teams elsewhere in Europe and in North America. Time-zone overlap has not been a problem so far.
You are a young company. Why should we trust you with our CRM?
A fair question, and we would rather answer it than dodge it. Three things: the assessment is free and read-only, so you can judge the quality of our thinking before anything is built; every system ships with guardrails and a rollback window; and you own the result, so there is no lock-in if you decide to move on.
Next step
Start with a free assessment.
Tell us about your stack and where the manual work piles up. We will come back with a written view of what to automate first, and what is honestly better left alone.
